The Cotswolds Way
Last summer six members – Dianne and Peter Salmon, Barry and Maggie McNish and Rob and Elizabeth Powers – organized a hiking trip along the Cotswolds Way in England.
You’ll hear how they organized it, what gear they took with them, where they stayed, and, of course, how many pubs they went into! The photographs are delightful and they all have some good stories to tell.
Chef Rico will be providing an English themed buffet starting at 1800 ($30 including taxes and gratuity) and the talk will begin at 1915.
If you intend to come for the buffet it’s critical that you phone 250-656-4600 and let the staff know that you’ll be there – that way Chef Rico will know how much food to prepare!
