With the abundance of fresh local food on the island, our Red Seal Chef Ricardo Pacheco, has ample ingredients to create a delicious dining experience.

Our seasonal changing menu features fresh local greens, vegetables, local seafood, island raised chicken, in-house made pastas and club favourites.
