Volunteer Work Party
We have changed the format of the work parties.
Starting on November 9th, volunteers will be asked to indicate a task that they’d be willing to tackle and to say which day and at what time they’ll be available to do the work.
You’ll get a list of the tasks to be accomplished in the Weekly Update posted during the previous week so that you can decide what you’d like to tackle. Then, we’ll have someone available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (with the possibility of a Saturday if needed) to come to the club to meet you, get you sorted with gear and equipment, and to help out in any other way.
Unfortunately, this will mean that you won’t be able to chat with other members and to have lunch, but we feel this will be best for everyone.
We hope that you will understand the need for this change and help us keep the clubhouse and grounds in shipshape condition.
